Wonderful campground! Nice and clean bath houses. Nice paved shady walking trail. Tall shade trees and great campsites. The only negative is they mowed while we were there. The mowers are set so high that they didn't even "cut" the grass they just drove around at high speeds stirring up dirt and dust. After they "mowed" we had to wipe off everything outside because it had a layer of dirt and debris on it. The areas where the grass doesn't need mowed they should avoid because it only slings dirt on everything
This is a beautiful location on the Obey River, and the management makes this a superb place to camp. Joe and Diane are the managers and campers themselves so they know what you need and are super helpful and informative. The restrooms and showers are very clean and the walkways are paved and trimmed well. We will be back with ALL the grandkids soon.

Lol.... lot 35 is IT. Backed up against the creek that flows into the Obey you won't get a better lullaby to fall asleep to. Shady, quiet, nice big picknick tables to sit at.... wish they'd update and redo the showerhouse.
Its a very quiet, nice campground right by the Obey River and Dale Hollow Dam. The campsites are large, there is a big picnic shelter, good for get-togethers and parties, and its handicap accessible. The walking trail that goes around the campground and the fish hatchery- its beautiful! If you stay here you have to see it once at least. :) Has very nice restrooms/shower rooms too, one at each end of the campground.
Came here fishing. Always have fun. Its always clean. Didn't have as much luck fishing as normal.
