Always nice and friendly
This is the second time that I had to put a comment about there customer service. They had the wrong address and I wasn't getting a bill they act like it was my fault. And now it seem that I don't get a bill until it is almost late, and they are charging me way more for my service by about 60 dollars more then should be. The internet is great I just want my bill fixed and not charged for more then what was said. If I could speak with someone that can help me about this matter and fix it would be great. If nit I'll go somewhere else!!!!
